COGG ACQUATIC & LEISURE INFRASTRUCTURE STRATEGY PLAN

This document was obtained under Freedom of Information processes by Cr Heather Wellington from the City of Greater Geelong, and shared with other councillors after it became apparent that the Surf Coast Shire had contributed $5,000 to the document’s development but was never provided with a copy of the report.  In Cr Wellington’s view, any grant of that nature should be accompanied by an obligation for the organisation receiving the grant to provide a copy of the products of the project.
